total compensation :salary+ confirmation bonus + incentive + medical and term insurance benefits

job purpose: the purpose of this job is to recruit quality advisors (freelancers) & support / train them and enable them to procure investment from the market& subsequently service the customers

key responsibilities :

1. to recruit high-quality prospective advisors and ensure that they acquire licensing to achieve the yearly target set in the goal sheet.

2. provide on-the-job training & manage and monitor the performance of advisors so that they can achieve their goals.

3. maintain persistence for the investment procured by a team of advisors to overall achieve the profitability of the team.

prerequisites :

- communication skills, fluency in the local language, willingness to travel in the designated city, strong interpersonal skills, and goal orientation
