**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Develop Recruitment Strategies:** Create effective plans to attract candidates by using various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- **Manage the Hiring Process:** Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job posting to interviewing and onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth experience for both candidates and the company.
- **Build Relationships:** Establish strong connections with potential candidates and industry professionals to enhance our talent pool and support future hiring needs.
- **Maintain Records:** Keep accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics to track success and identify areas for improvement.
- **Collaborate with Teams:** Work closely with different departments to understand their hiring needs and ensure that recruitment efforts align with organizational goals.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and team members effectively. You should be organized and detail-oriented to manage multiple job openings simultaneously. A proactive attitude in problem-solving and a willingness to learn will help you succeed in this role. Additionally, familiarity with recruitment software is a plus, but not mandatory, as training will be provided. A minimum of a 12th-grade education is required, and experience ranging from 0 to 6 years in recruitment or a related field is preferred.
