Key Responsibilities:

- Source Candidates: Utilize various platforms and networks to find suitable candidates for job openings.

- Screen Applications: Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit for the role.

- Coordinate Interviews: Schedule interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth process for both parties.

- Build Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to understand their needs and provide valuable support.

- Provide Feedback: Communicate feedback to candidates after interviews, helping them understand their prospects and improve for future opportunities.

- Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of candidate interactions and job placements in our database for efficient tracking.
