Looking For Recovery Manager

We are looking for a Recovery Manager to join our team in Jaipur. In this role, you will be responsible for managing recovery operations and ensuring optimal collection processes. You should have between 5 to 11 years of experience and hold a Bachelor’s degree.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Collection Strategy Development:** Create effective collection strategies to improve recovery rates and minimize losses based on market trends and data analysis.

- **Team Management:** Supervise and lead a team of recovery agents, providing training and support to help them achieve their performance targets.

- **Performance Analysis:** Monitor and analyze team performance metrics regularly to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

- **Relationship Management:** Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage timely payments and resolve any disputes regarding collections.

- **Reporting:** Prepare regular reports on recovery activities and outcomes for upper management review, detailing progress and challenges faced.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills to guide their team effectively. You should have a solid understanding of recovery processes and laws, along with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in data analysis tools is essential to evaluate team performance accurately.
