Job Description

Receptionist Duties:

- Greets, welcomes, and guides visitors appropriately.

- Informs company staff when visitors arrive.

- Manages security and telecom system.

- Provides information to visitors or redirects inquiries.

- Guides visitors using employee and department directories.

- Ensures security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges.

- Operates telecom system as instructed by the manufacturer.

- Maintains a clean and safe reception area according to rules and regulations.

- Documents and communicates actions, issues, and ongoing requirements to support teamwork.

- Contributes to team objectives by achieving relevant outcomes.
