Job Description

looking for a receptionist having experience in telesales/ tele calling /telemarketing/ direct sales / customer engagement process. the candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-up on leads assigned.

roles & responsibilities:

• understanding customer requirements and providing the right customer experience

• overall lead generation & lead conversion

• educate customer about the various plans and offers available

• outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities

• scheduling appointments for venue sales and direct sales out of these calls
