Receptionist Cum Telecaller - Freshers (Female)

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Receptionist Cum Telecaller to join our team in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk activities and handling phone calls to assist customers and clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Front Desk Management**: Greet visitors and clients warmly, directing them to the appropriate personnel and ensuring a pleasant first impression of the company.

2. **Phone Communication**: Answer incoming calls in a professional manner, providing information, taking messages, and directing calls to the relevant departments.

3. **Customer Interaction**: Engage with customers through phone calls to understand their needs, address queries, and provide information about our services.

4. **Data Entry and Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions, updating databases and filing systems as needed.

5. **Administrative Support**: Assist with various administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and managing office supplies.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a pleasant and approachable demeanor. Strong organizational skills are essential to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates should be proficient in basic computer applications and have a keen attention to detail.
