We are looking for a dedicated Receptionist Cum Telecaller to join our team in Nallagandla. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers who have completed their 12th grade. The ideal candidate must be a female who can efficiently manage front office duties and handle tele-calling tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greeting Visitors: Welcome guests and clients with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.

- Answering Phone Calls: Manage incoming calls, providing information to callers and directing calls to the appropriate personnel.

- Handling Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns both in-person and over the phone, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

- Maintaining Records: Keep track of visitors, phone calls, and important documents, ensuring organized and easy access to information.

- Scheduling Appointments: Assist in managing the schedule by setting up appointments for staff and communicating these effectively.

- Telecalling Tasks: Reach out to potential customers via phone to promote services and gather feedback, enhancing customer engagement.
