We are looking for a friendly and confident Reception Cum Telecaller who can manage front-desk responsibilities while handling inbound and outbound calls. The role requires good communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Reception Duties:
Greet and welcome visitors politely and professionally.
Manage the front desk and maintain visitor records
Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the reception area
Coordinate with staff for appointments and meetings
Telecalling Duties:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
Provide information about company products/services
Follow up with leads and maintain call records
Achieve daily/weekly call targets, if applicable
Administrative Support:
Maintain basic office records and data entry
Assist with emails, scheduling, and documentation
Support other departments when required
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email)
Pleasant personality and customer-oriented attitude
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Experience:
Fresher or 02 years of experience in reception or telecalling
Experience in customer service is an added advantage
