Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a polite and professional manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and courier management
Maintain front desk operations and office coordination
Manage meeting room schedules and visitor logs
Support basic administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
Graduate or equivalent qualification
Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
Presentable, well-organized, and customer-friendly attitude
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Prior receptionist/front desk experience is a plus
