Rebar Detailer (3-5 Years)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Rebar Detailer and Rebar Estimator to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering or civil engineering, with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in both rebar detailing and estimating.

This is an onsite position with no option for remote work.

Responsibilities: Rebar Detailer:

- Prepare detailed rebar shop drawings based on structural and architectural plans.

- Create bar lists and bending schedules.

- Ensure all rebar detailing complies with industry standards and project specifications.

Rebar Estimator:

- Analyze project plans and specifications to prepare detailed rebar quantity takeoffs.

- Prepare and submit an accurate Rebar Estimate Report.

- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure alignment with project timelines.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, materials, and construction methods.

- Prepare and present detailed reports on project cost estimates and variances. Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in rebar detailing and estimating.

- Proficient in using Rebar CAD and aSa software and other relevant tools for rebar detailing and estimating.

- Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and industry standards.

- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.

- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in work.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an onsite environment.
