Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts.
List properties for sale or rent, determine their market value, and establish a competitive price.
Develop effective marketing strategies to promote properties to potential buyers or renters.
Arrange and conduct property viewings, answering any questions clients may have and providing them with relevant information about the property.
Negotiate the terms of the sale or lease of the property, ensuring that both parties are satisfied with the agreement.
Prepare and complete all necessary documentation for the sale or lease of the property, including contracts, deeds, and lease agreements.
Coordinate with lawyers, mortgage brokers, and other professionals as needed to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction.
Maintain contact with clients after the sale or lease is completed, to ensure their satisfaction and generate future business through referrals.
Keep up-to-date with the local real estate market and relevant laws and regulations.
