we are looking for a sales executive with prior experience in Gurgaon. The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities for our luxury real estate business. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities
• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
• Manage an order book of clients and reconcile payables for our luxury real estate business
• Create and compile property information for our website and clients' perusal
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
• Travel to property locations to showcase our clients
• Manage a high volume of incoming calls
Requirements
• 2-3 years sales experience
• Must Have Excellent English Communication Skills (Verbal and Written).
• Experience and working knowledge of office tools
• Demonstrable track record of maintaining existing client network
• Thorough knowledge of Gurgaon area
• Should have own Bike with licence
