we are looking for a sales executive with prior experience in gurgaon. the candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities for our luxury real estate business. by using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
responsibilities
• meet and exceed sales targets
• successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
• manage an order book of clients and reconcile payables for our luxury real estate business
• create and compile property information for our website and clients' perusal
• build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
• travel to property locations to showcase our clients
• manage a high volume of incoming calls
requirements
• 2-3 years sales experience
• must have excellent english communication skills (verbal and written).
• experience and working knowledge of office tools
• demonstrable track record of maintaining existing client network
• thorough knowledge of gurgaon area
• should have own bike with licence
