CarzSpa is a leading brand in the car detailing industry, expanding rapidly across India through the franchise model.
We are looking for a highly proactive Location Hunter who will identify, evaluate, and finalize the best commercial locations for our new CarzSpa studios across India.
The candidate will scout high-potential areas, understand customer catchments, study automobile business zones, and guide franchise owners with accurate property recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
1. Location Scouting (PAN India)
• Identify ideal commercial spaces suitable for car detailing studios, including:
o Ground floor units
o Industrial/commercial sheds
o Workshop-type spaces
o High-visibility roadside properties
o Car service zones
• Conduct physical site visits, footfall and vehicle movement checks, and evaluate area demand.
• Shortlist locations based on:
o Accessibility for cars
o Parking/operational space
o Visibility & branding opportunities
o Surrounding automobile clusters
o Budget & rental feasibility

2. Market Research & Feasibility
• Analyse local markets, competitor outlets, residential density, and car ownership patterns.
• Study expansion patterns of successful brands (Zudio, Urbanic, FirstCry, franchise chains) to understand how they select strategic locations.
• Prepare detailed feasibility and ROI-based reports for each shortlisted property.

3. Property Evaluation & Recommendation
• Evaluate:
o Property size (minimum area required for detailing ops)
o Ceiling height & ventilation
o Parking capacity
o Road width & car entry feasibility
o Utility availability (power, water, drainage)
• Recommend the best location options with comparison sheets:
o Rent vs area
o Visibility vs competition
o Demand vs ROI
• Ensure all selected locations match CarzSpa’s franchise expansion strategy.

4. Vendor, Broker, Builder & Owner Coordination
• Build a strong PAN India network of:
o Commercial brokers
o Property agents
o Large builder groups
o Real estate developers
o Mall/complex leasing teams
o Local real estate communities
• Source different types of properties:
o Commercial units
o Industrial sheds
o Warehouse spaces
o Road-touch properties
o Corner plots
• Negotiate rent, security deposit, agreement terms, and lock-in period to ensure the best deal within TAT.
• Maintain a regularly updated database of:
o Verified brokers
o Builders
o Available properties
o Expiring leases

5. Documentation & Finalization
• Coordinate for:
o LOI
o Agreement
o Legal & compliance checks
o Handover process
• Support franchise owners until the property is finalized and possession is taken.
• Ensure deadlines are met for every location requirement.

Additional Responsibilities
• Guide franchise owners on:
o Area selection
o Rental negotiations
o Market competition assessment
• Ensure each recommended location increases franchise profitability & visibility.

Qualification & Experience
• Graduate/MBA preferred
• 2–8 years of experience in real estate acquisition, retail expansion, franchise expansion, or commercial property scouting
• Experience in automobile-related property scouting is an advantage
