responsibilities

- developing new user-facing features using react

- strong proficiency in building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

- translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code

- optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

- writing reusable, testable, and efficient code

- coordinating with the back-end developer in the process of building/integrating the restful api

- maintaining code quality and peer review

skills

- should have + years of hands-on experience in all aspects of web development using react, hooks, redux & sass

- experience in micro frontend architecture

- strong proficiency in javascript, including dom manipulation and the javascript object model

- clear understanding of javascript patterns, best practices

- thorough understanding of modern frameworks and their core principles (more than one is required)

- familiarity with newer specifications of esnext

- experience with common front-end development tools such as babel, webpack, npm, etc.

- experience in writing unit test cases will jest & enzyme

- experience in building ci/cd pipelines for unit test cases

- ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements

- an understanding of the latest trends and their role in a commercial environment

- a knack for benchmarking and optimization

- familiarity with code versioning tools
