● lead a team as a tech lead while contributing as an independent contributor

● interact with stakeholders and designers to finalize on backlog along with the scrum master

● analyze the requirements and come up with functional design for solutions

● do code reviews for prs and mentor the team

● ensure compliance of sdlc processes and provide regular reports as needed

● stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
