Responsible for Raw material planning and mixing right proportionate of raw material.

Responsible for all functions at job work end, mixing, testing, planning, rejection,

Lumps and OK material monitoring, quality standard maintaining.

Responsible for Raw material cost monitoring, control and updating in system.

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for Raw material planning, follow ups, storage, quality testing

and maintaining min/max level.

2. Responsible for Raw material planning, follow ups, storage, quality testing

and maintaining min/max level according to orders/Dispatch.

3. Responsible for trials of materials for color and feasibility.

4. Responsible for quality standard in process and finish goods for color

consistency.

5. Responsible for Material mixing, pre heating and supply on machine for

smooth operation according to fixed recipe
