Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling baggage and cargo: Responsible for loading and unloading baggage and cargo onto aircraft, ensuring proper distribution for safe flight.
2. Marshalling aircraft: Guiding arriving and departing aircraft on the ramp safely using hand signals and communication devices.
3. Aircraft grooming: Ensuring the cleanliness of aircraft interiors such as cabins, restrooms, and galleys.
4. Equipment maintenance: Performing routine checks, maintenance, and cleaning of ramp equipment such as baggage carts and tugs.
5. Safety procedures: Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment on the ramp.
