We are looking for a dedicated Ramp Executive to support our operations at our Kolkata location. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals eager to start their careers in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Baggage Handling**: Assist in the safe loading and unloading of baggage from aircraft, ensuring that all items are handled carefully to prevent damage.

2. **Aircraft Marshalling**: Direct aircraft to and from the runway, providing clear signals to pilots to ensure a safe and efficient movement of planes.

3. **Ground Support**: Help in preparing the aircraft for departure by checking fuel levels, ensuring safety equipment is in place, and assisting with other pre-flight checks.

4. **Safety Compliance**: Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a secure working environment for yourself and your team.

5. **Communication**: Work closely with team members and other departments, ensuring effective communication during ramp operations.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must have a minimum of a 10th-grade education and a strong willingness to learn. Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment are essential. Good communication skills and teamwork are critical, as you will interact with various personnel. Physical fitness is important due to the demanding nature of the job, which includes standing for long periods and lifting heavy items. Flexibility with work hours is also required, as shifts may vary.
