We are looking for a dedicated Ramp Agent to join our team in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of luggage and cargo during aircraft turnarounds.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Baggage and Cargo Handling**: You will load and unload baggage and cargo from aircraft, ensuring items are handled carefully to prevent damage.

2. **Vehicle Operation**: Operate ground support equipment, such as tugs and conveyor belts, to transport luggage between the terminal and the aircraft.

3. **Safety and Security Checks**: Conduct safety checks on equipment and ensure secure transport of sensitive items.

4. **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other ramp agents, pilots, and ground crew to support efficient aircraft operations and maintain a smooth workflow.

5. **Weather Monitoring**: Be aware of weather conditions and adapt operations to ensure safety and efficiency during adverse weather.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have completed at least the 10th grade. While prior experience is not necessary, a willingness to learn and follow instructions is essential. You should be physically fit, as the role involves lifting heavy items and working in various weather conditions. Strong teamwork skills are crucial, as you will work with a diverse group of individuals. Additionally, good communication skills will help you coordinate effectively with your team and other staff.
