We are looking for a dedicated Ramp Agent to join our team in Bokaro, India. This full-time position is suitable for freshers, making it an excellent opportunity to start a career in the aviation industry.

As a Ramp Agent, your primary duties will include loading and unloading baggage and cargo from aircraft, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of luggage. You will also assist in marshaling aircraft during arrival and departure, guiding pilots in parking the plane correctly. Additionally, you will perform routine inspections of equipment and the ramp area to maintain safety standards.

Key responsibilities include:

- Baggage Handling: Loading and unloading luggage and freight with care, ensuring items are secured properly to prevent damage.

- Aircraft Marshaling: Directing pilots on where to park the plane, using hand signals and communication devices to ensure safe movements.

- Equipment Checks: Inspecting ramps and equipment for safety issues, reporting any concerns to maintain a secure working environment.

You must be physically fit, as the job requires lifting heavy items and working in various weather conditions. Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions are essential.
