We are seeking a reliable Ramp Agent in Asansol, India, to support our airport operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are eager to start their careers in the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Baggage Handling**: Safely load and unload passenger baggage from aircraft, ensuring all items are correctly stored and secure.

2. **Aircraft Preparation**: Assist in preparing aircraft for arrival and departure by performing tasks such as cleaning, restocking supplies, and inspecting equipment.

3. **Safety and Security**: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure environment for passengers and staff while conducting all tasks.

4. **Ground Support**: Provide support to ground crew during aircraft maneuvers, including directing signals for parking and takeoff.

5. **Customer Service**: Interact respectfully with passengers and team members, helping ensure a positive travel experience.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates must have completed their 10th grade and be able to work full-time in an office setting. Though prior experience is not required, a willingness to learn and adapt is essential. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are important. Candidates should also demonstrate a commitment to teamwork and be able to stay focused in busy environments. Flexibility to work in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks, such as lifting heavy baggage, is also expected.
