Overview-A radiographer's job is to use imaging equipment to produce diagnostic images of patients. They also ensure patient safety and comfort, and maintain the equipment.

Responsibilities

Patient care: Prepare patients for scans, explain the procedure, and help position them

Imaging: Operate equipment to capture high-quality images, such as X-rays, CT scans, or MRIs

Quality control: Verify the accuracy of images and ensure they meet quality standards

Safety: Follow radiation safety protocols and ensure the radiography department is clean and organized

Communication: Interact with patients and other medical professionals to explain the procedure and answer questions

Documentation: Maintain patient records and file images

Professional development: Stay up-to-date with new technologies and procedures

JOB DESCRIPTION

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION: MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS DIPLOMA

EXPERIENCE: FRESHERS/ EXPERIENCE
