R&D Executive - Full Time

K9HR SOlUTIONS, Nidhi Jethva(HR Manager - Mo. No. | Email ID : ) is looking for a R&D Executive will be responsible for product formulation, research, trials, documentation, and coordination with manufacturers and regulatory teams to develop high-quality, compliant, and innovative products aligned with the company’s brand vision.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and improve formulations for nutraceutical / sports nutrition / FMCG products

* Conduct lab trials, pilot batches, and stability testing

* Optimize formulations for taste, solubility, shelf life, and cost efficiency

* Work on new product concepts based on market trends and brand strategy

* Research raw materials, functional ingredients, and global product trends

* Evaluate ingredient efficacy, dosage, and compatibility

* Benchmark competitor products and suggest improvements or differentiation

* Ensure formulations comply with FSSAI and other applicable regulations

* Prepare and maintain R&D documentation, formulation sheets, SOPs, and specifications

* Coordinate with QA/QC teams during trials and production runs

* Coordinate with contract manufacturers for trials, scale-up, and commercialization

* Support procurement with raw material technical details and specifications

* Work closely with marketing and design teams for claims, labels, and product positioning

* Oversee internal and external testing (microbial, stability, nutritional)

* Analyze test reports and recommend corrective actions if required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Nutrition, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or related field

* Strong understanding of ingredients, dosages, and regulatory limits

* Knowledge of FSSAI guidelines, labeling, and compliance• Ability to document formulations and trials clearly

Preferred Skills:

* Experience in sports nutrition or functional foods

* Exposure to contract manufacturing environments

* Understanding of clean-label and global nutrition trends

* Basic knowledge of shelf-life and stability studies
