create functional new design concepts, modify existing designs, and oversee the plant designing and executing project.

experience in heat & mass transfer, boiler technology, laser heating technology, modern rice mill equipment designing, experience working in machinery field are preferable.

research and development engineer duties and responsibilities:

� coordinating with design, and production, business management, marketing, and the r&d team to discuss product ideas.

� conducting market research and evaluating similar products and their functions.

� redesigning existing products to enhance functionality and reduce costs and improve efficiency by reducing manpower and material.

� creating design projects and specification sheets also to ensure quality.

� overseeing the engineering of product prototypes.

� testing prototype products for functionality, ease-of-use, and durability.

� resolving product issues.

requirements:

� in-depth knowledge of mechanical and allied engineering.
