Quantity Surveyor - Kandivali Mumbai

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor who will be responsible for managing costs and contracts for

construction projects, ensuring value for money while meeting the required standards and quality. The role

involves vendor coordination, quantity take-offs, preparation of work orders, and various commercial

functions.

Job Profile:

Follow up with vendors for quotations.

Preparation of work orders as per requirements.

Carry out quantity estimation for various projects.

Prepare small & miscellaneous tender packages per site needs.

Make comparative statements for different packages.

Issue challans for excavation and demolition based on requirement.

Recommend suitable construction materials based on project needs.

Experience Profile: Site Execution, Contracts, Quantity Surveying (QS), Billing

BOQ (Bill of Quantities) Reports to be Generated & Submitted

Work Experience: 3 6 years relevant experience
