Quality Job Inspector

• Experience with 5 to 6 Years Tool Room Type Machine shop.

• Must handle all types of measuring instruments.

• Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback and corrections.

• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured dimension inspection of precision toolroom type components, assemblies, test plans and test cases.

• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities.

• Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs.

• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.

• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.

• Liaise with internal teams to identify system requirements.

• Liaise with customer and customer nominated inspection agency for speedy inspection activities.

• Investigate the causes of non-conformity.

• Track quality assurance metrics.

• Must have knowledge of ISO and QMS system and conversant to maintain all quality process systems, formats and procedures.
