Hiring For Quality Executive - Incoming

Key Responsibilities

Inspect raw materials (copper, aluminum, PVC, XLPE, etc.) before production

Perform in-process quality checks during wire drawing, stranding, insulation, and sheathing

Conduct final inspection and testing of finished cables

Ensure compliance with standards such as IS, IEC, ASTM, or customer specifications

Operate and monitor testing equipment (tensile testing, insulation resistance, high voltage tests, etc.)

Identify defects and take corrective/preventive actions

Maintain quality records, reports, and documentation

Coordinate with production team to improve product quality

Handle customer complaints and implement corrective measures

Ensure adherence to safety and quality procedures
