Quality Engineer

Developing and establishing standards and methods for inspection, testing and evaluation and ensuring abiding by

them.

Testing of material /work as per approved inspection and test plan.

Interact with client / consultants regarding material selection/testing/mix design, approve and proper record

inspection of test plan and necessary formats.

Perform researches at site to improve the quality and develop new materials.

Coordinate with execution team during testing of materials /work and recommended necessary corrective and

preventive action to control the non-confirming product/works.

Maintaining monthly consumable material reconciliation report, Concrete reconciliation Report, cement reconciliation report.

Prepare project handing over document crated with quality as per established system to Quality Management.

Monitoring the quality of execution work, third party testing required, Coordinated with all concerned agencies regarding the quality issue.

Preparation & sending monthly quality report to quality head on monthly basis.

> Testing the raw material( Cement, Fly Ash, Coarse and fine aggregate)

> Inspection the concocted structure for post concrete as client methodology.

> Coordinated the activity of quality, Engineering, and Material Department.
