job summary:

call 2 connect is hiring an experienced quality analyst with a strong background in sales processes within a bpo environment. the ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating agent performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and contributing to continuous improvement in service delivery.

key responsibilities:

monitor and evaluate inbound/outbound sales calls and processes.

ensure compliance with quality and sales guidelines.

identify training needs and recommend process improvements.

provide constructive feedback and coaching to sales agents.

prepare daily/weekly/monthly quality reports and audits.

collaborate with team leaders and trainers to enhance agent performance.

ensure customer satisfaction benchmarks are consistently met.

candidate requirements:

experience: minimum 1 year as a quality analyst in a bpo, preferably in sales

age limit: 25 to 35 years

education: graduate (any stream)

language: fluent in english & basic hindi

gender: male & female – both eligible

shift timing: day shift (09:30 am – 06:30 pm)

work days: monday to saturday (sunday off)

interview details:

time: 11:00 am to 4:00 pm

salary: up to ₹35,000/month (negotiable based on experience)
