lead for compliance: you will lead efforts to ensure our qms meets all regulatory and customer-specific requirements, managing documentation and preparing for external audits.

be the trainer: you will train and mentor employees across all departments on quality principles and qms procedures, fostering a company-wide commitment to quality.

drive continuous improvement: you will utilize quality tools (., lean, six sigma) to identify opportunities to enhance processes and reduce waste and defects.
