role overview :

we are seeking an experienced fullstack developer with strong expertise in ai application development, backend engineering using python (flask), and frontend development using modern frameworks and tooling. the ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with cloud-native deployments on microsoft azure and be comfortable working in a dynamic, product-focused environment.

responsibilities :

- develop and maintain backend services using flask (python)

- build frontend applications using , tailwind css, and shadcn

- implement robust state management and data handling using react query or zustand

- work with ai frameworks such as langchain or other ai sdks

- apply ai development concepts such as retrieval-augmented generation (rag) and model context protocol (mcp)

- ensure smooth deployment and operation within microsoft azure cloud environment

- collaborate with cross-functional teams across backend, frontend, and data engineering streams
