Senior Python Backend Engineer (AI/LLM Applications)

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Python Backend Engineer with deep expertise in FastAPI, who is passionate about building scalable AI backend applications and streaming APIs. You will play a key role in leading development and taking our product to market in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable backend systems using FastAPI

• Build and deploy LLM-based applications using tools like LangGraph and LangChain

• Work with Vector Databases for semantic search and retrieval

• Implement and maintain streaming APIs for real-time AI applications

• Own CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly

• Lead and mentor developers; contribute to product roadmap

Must-Have Skills:

• Expert in Python and FastAPI

• Strong experience with LLMs and vector databases

• Proficient in SQL

• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows

• Comfortable leading development and working in Agile/startup environments

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Cursor IDE
