The job responsibilities involve:

Global sourcing, selection, negotiation, price & contract finalization and local and international procurement in the following areas:

Commodities - Paper, Polymers, consumables, electronics & electrical bought out items.

Competitive sources/ consolidators for primary packing materials for Packaging Contract

Service Contracts/ AMCs

Procurement planning for meeting delivery schedules and Inventory management.

Instituting and implementing vendor selection processes and managing relationships with vendors.

Imports including documentation.

Co-ordinate with inward quality for improving quality of materials being sourced.

Cost reduction through re-engineering

Will be a key team member for working on overall cost reduction, implementation of JIT and vendor management inventory policy
