purchase manager / procurement manager ( food )

location – daryaganj –delhi ( this position for md house )

shift :- 8 am to 7 pm

salary – 40k to 45k in hand

• must have experience with organic food industry

• groceries and other items procurements

• assets management

• cash management

• design, plan and implement sourcing and purchasing strategies

• managing daily purchasing activities, track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.

• craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms.

• forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power.

• maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.

• coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.

• work with suppliers, manufacturers and internal departments

• determine quantity, quality and timing of deliveries.

• monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand.

• determine and track kpis

• provide reports for upper management

• adhere to laws, rules and regulations
