Ensure best quality with lowest cost within desired duration.

Study the market to identify price & availability trends.

* Locating Developing & building vendors & suppliers for trouble

free operation of plant.

* Manage procurement effectively considering inventory & area

prospects.

* Negotiate pricing- executing requisitions issuing purchase or

work order & maintaining purchasing records till the completion.

* Establishing MIS with the use of data & analysis to prove

purchasing performance.

* Monitoring & control local procurement.

* Monitoring & control MSL Items (Minimum Stock Items).

* Handling AMC, maintain its record & timely renewal with study of

terms and conditions included.

* Checking capital expense, projects and its projection.
