1. Experience of handling multiple projects (green field) at the same time with each project being in the range INR 250-400 Cr minimum

2. International project handling experience

3. Candidate should be very aggressive in nature and someone who would be able to talk to MD and also put up a point.

4. Ready to take up a VP level position in 2-3 years

5. Age – max 48 years

6. Education – in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical

7. Preferred Industry – FMCG, Pharma, chemical
