Timely indent of materials (as per material requisition lead sheet)

Study of drawing and execution of work by team as per Quantity/Quality/Turn around time

Sending of DPR/reports/indents to head office in a timely manner.

Check safety measures in site ( safety gars to be worn by labours ) .

Planning for coming month by 28th

Plan vs achieved by 30th (Justification for shortfall if any)

Checking of RA bill and matching the work done as taken in client bill and summary of RA bill to be made.

Overall responsibilities of work being done at site in terms of time/quantity/quality/TAT

Work division among staff at site

Repo with client

Submission of purchase bill after checking of vendors.

Surprise checking in terms of material receipt /Labour deployment

Output of machineries/manpower

Timely payment of labour wages / Subcontractors

Submission of extra item /rate analysis after approval from HO
