Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, Data Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

• Experience: Proven track record in managing data annotation projects, with 8 to 12 years in a managerial position.

• Skills: Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with machine learning concepts, data management practices, and project management methodologies.

• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Proficiency: Proficiency in project management and annotation software/tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified associate in project management (CAPM), or equivalent experience.

• Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of specific industries or applications related to data annotation, such as computer vision or natural language processing.

• Tools: Proficiency in project management software and tools

• Other Skills: Contract negotiation, Conflict resolution, Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS).
