Senior Project Manager – Home Automation

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of home automation and AV automation projects. The role involves managing project delivery, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality implementation of smart automation solutions across residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end execution of home automation and AV projects from planning to commissioning

Collaborate with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors to define requirements

Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation

Lead and manage teams of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors

Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety norms, and quality benchmarks

Conduct site visits, risk assessments, and troubleshoot project challenges

Support pre-sales discussions by providing technical expertise

Evaluate and implement new automation technologies for improved efficiency

Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders and management

Required Skills & Qualifications:

7-10 years of experience in home automation, AV automation, smart buildings, or IoT projects

Strong knowledge of automation protocols like KNX, Zigbee, and Z-Wave

Hands-on experience in audio/video and home theatre system integration

Proven project management and stakeholder coordination experience

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field
