qualification: / any graduate

experience: minimum of 1 to 5 years experience

salary(ctc): upto

required skills:

1. autocad

2. dialux

3. house wiring/residential wiring

note: bike and driving license is mandatory

job description:

• site inspections and monitoring the site readiness for installation of home automation products at

customer premises

• should know the new / existing home power supply (single phase / multiphase, invertor, generator

power supply)

• review the load evaluation details of sites and propose the solution

• regular visits to client sites and advice the client/site electrician/supervisor on the standards required

for home automation solution

• trouble shoot the home automation modules connectivity issues

• resolving the electrical / home automation module complaints

• handle the escalations on the issue identified and resolved in a structured manner to management

• should be the single point of contact for the site and ensure site readiness and installation

• knowledge of auto cad and dialux software is preferable
