Should have experience in Greenfield projects

Should have experience in many types of machinery and not only one type.

Should have experience working with various pumps , motors, boiler, Auxillary engines, conveyors, loading equipments, Air compressors etc

Should have knowledge about welding and cutting

Should have string negotiation skills

Should be good at managing teams and working with teams

Willing to travel to other plant locations if needed
