Key Responsibilities
€¢ Lead and manage project execution activities at site in coordination with design, procurement, and construction teams.
€¢ Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, and material requirements.
€¢ Coordinate with client, vendors, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure timely execution.
€¢ Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
€¢ Review and interpret engineering drawings and ensure correct implementation at site.
€¢ Conduct site meetings, prepare daily/weekly progress reports, and update management.
€¢ Identify execution risks, site constraints, and take corrective actions.
€¢ Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
€¢ Ensure adherence to company quality, safety, and statutory requirements.

📌 Required Qualifications
€¢ Bachelor€™s or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Civil Engineering.
€¢ 3€“5 years of experience in project execution / site engineering (EPC / industrial projects preferred).
€¢ Strong understanding of EPC project workflows and site execution practices.
€¢ Ability to manage site teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
€¢ Willingness to travel or stay at project sites as per project requirements.
