Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage project execution activities at site in coordination with design, procurement, and construction teams.
Plan and monitor project schedules, manpower, and material requirements.
Coordinate with client, vendors, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure timely execution.
Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
Review and interpret engineering drawings and ensure correct implementation at site.
Conduct site meetings, prepare daily/weekly progress reports, and update management.
Identify execution risks, site constraints, and take corrective actions.
Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
Ensure adherence to company quality, safety, and statutory requirements.

Required Qualifications
Bachelors or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Civil Engineering.
35 years of experience in project execution / site engineering (EPC / industrial projects preferred).
Strong understanding of EPC project workflows and site execution practices.
Ability to manage site teams, vendors, and subcontractors.
Willingness to travel or stay at project sites as per project requirements.
