Sportpengen is a Swedish fast-growing SaaS startup with a new way of raising money for sports teams. Sportpengen offers fundraising models that encourage activity and performance.

We are looking for someone who can quickly grow into the role of Lead Developer or CTO in our company. You do not necessarily have long experience or an impressive CV, but a great drive, good communication skills, brilliant programming skills, and the desire to be the best at what you do.

Your tasks:

* Be able to develop and manage the entire technical platform for Sportpengen

* Programming in JavaScript, Ruby, HTML, and CSS.

* Deployment and troubleshooting in a Linux-based environment (AWS or equivalent).

* Work with the globalization of the platform and launch to different markets

* Responsible for technical requirements towards subcontractors

* Lead the strategy for the technical development for Sportpengen

* Lead the development work, sometimes on your own and sometimes together with external developers and consultants

* Be a driving force in the recruitment of more employees in technology / IT
