role summary:

we are seeking a highly skilled programmatic delivery and operations specialist with 2-3 years of experience in managing end-to-end delivery of multi-million-dollar programmatic campaigns across the globe. the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in planning, executing, optimizing, and managing both branding and performance campaigns. this role demands a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a keen understanding of the programmatic landscape.

key responsibilities:

1. campaign planning and strategy:

◦ develop comprehensive programmatic strategies tailored to meet client objectives for branding and performance campaigns.

◦ collaborate with internal teams to understand client goals, target audiences, and campaign objectives.

2. campaign execution and management:

◦ manage the end-to-end delivery of programmatic campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

oversee the setup and activation of programmatic buys across our dsps.

3. optimisation and performance analysis:

◦ conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance metrics to derive actionable insights.

◦ implement optimisation strategies to improve key performance indicators (kpis) such as ctr, cpa, roi, and more.

4. technical implementation:

◦ ensure proper implementation of tracking pixels, tags, and other necessary technical components.

◦ troubleshoot technical issues related to campaign delivery and performance.
