Sales Representative Roles and Responsibilities:

Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs, promote products and make sales.

Generating leads and converting new customers Minimum of 20* per calendar month. Establish new accounts by organizing and planning daily work schedule to build on existing or potential sales outlets

Promoting our products.

Meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.

Deliver presentations and demonstrate products to customers. Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.

Preparing weekly and monthly reports.

Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.

Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.

Understanding and promoting company programs.

Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.

Obtaining product related reviews and survey reports.

Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.

Maintaining client records. Act as the primary point of contact for the assigned customer base and develop a positive ongoing relationship with customers plus an intimate knowledge of each account

Provide daily recap of results and accomplishments to the management team.

Sales Force General Requirements

Customer service oriented, with the ability to meet sales goals

Possess strong ability to prospect, negotiate, and close sales

Ability to maintain a neat and presentable personality

Strong persistence in dealing with people and not giving up easily

Possess self-confidence, positive mentality, with the ability to manage territories effectively

Strong product knowledge, client relation, and presentation skills

Highly self-motivated, with enthusiasm to set and achieve better goals

Reliable, hardworking, with the ability to perform multiple assignments at the same time

Effective communication with customers, as well as strong follow-up skills

Strong technical abilities, with PC and Internet usage experience
