Key Responsibilities
Machine Operation & Setup: Prepare, feed, and operate basic production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Assembly & Fabrication: Assemble parts, components, or finished goods manually or using hand/power tools along the production line.
Quality Inspection: Conduct visual and manual quality inspections of raw materials and finished goods to identify defects, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Material Handling: Load, unload, and move raw materials, work-in-progress components, and finished products to designated warehouse or shipping areas.
Line Clearance & Maintenance: Clean machinery, maintain a clutter-free work cell (following 5S practices), and immediately report any mechanical malfunctions or equipment wear to the shift supervisor.
Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all industrial safety protocols, including the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as safety shoes, helmets, and protective eyewear.
Documentation: Maintain basic logbooks or digital entries recording hourly production outputs, material usage, and rejection counts.
