ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders

2. Support vendor identification and comparison of quotations

3. Coordinate with suppliers for delivery schedules

4. Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely material receipt

5. Maintain purchase records and documentation (PO, GRN, invoices)

6. Coordinate with stores and production departments

7. Assist in maintaining approved vendor list

8. Ensure compliance with company procurement policies

3: Quality Check Trainee:

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assist in monitoring in-process quality checks during production

2. Perform visual and dimensional inspection of components

3. Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation

4. Identify defects and report non-conformities to supervisors

5. Support root cause analysis for quality issues

6. Ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards

7. Maintain calibration records of measuring instruments (under guidance)

8. Assist in maintaining 5S and safety standards in the work area

9. Support internal audits and quality improvement activities
