Job Title: -Production Engineer / Production Trainee

Work Location: - Gurgaon, Haryana

Eligibility Criteria

Gender: Male

Qualification:

o 10th / 12th Pass

o Diploma (All Mechanical Trades)

Job Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day production and manufacturing operations

Operate and monitor automotive component production processes

Maintain quality standards and safety procedures

Support machine setup, inspection, and basic troubleshooting

Coordinate with supervisors to meet production targets

Follow company policies and shop-floor discipline

Working Hours

12 Hours Duty

o 8 Hours Regular

o 4 Hours Overtime (OT)

Salary / Stipend Structure

For 8 Hours Duty:

Diploma Candidates: 18,000 / month

10th / 12th Candidates: 11,725 / month

Overtime Pay:

Diploma: 86 / hour

10th / 12th: 56 / hour

Attendance Incentive

1,500 For 26 Working Days

750 For 25 Working Days (With prior information)

Facilities & Benefits

Canteen: 23 per meal (8 hours)
