1. Production Reporting & Documentation
Maintain and update daily production reports for Mixing, Extrusion, and Printing operations.
Prepare and maintain Reject Bag/Batch Reports and Scrap Reports.
Collect and verify Job Cards from all machine operators on a daily basis.
Ensure accuracy and timely submission of all production-related documentation.
Monitor production data and report operational performance to management.
2. Quality Control & Compliance
Conduct regular in-process quality checks during Extrusion operations to ensure compliance with approved specifications.
Conduct regular in-process quality checks during Printing operations.
Verify printing base dimensions using a Vernier Caliper before issuing materials, ensuring conformity with Job Card requirements.
Ensure proper identification and labeling of all production rolls prior to dispatch to subsequent processes.
Coordinate with the Quality Department to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions.
3. Material & Inventory Management
Ensure proper tagging and identification of all base materials.
Maintain materials in designated storage locations to ensure traceability and efficient retrieval.
Monitor and control Extrusion raw material stock levels.
Monitor and control Printing material inventory.
Verify all incoming raw materials and provide sign-off on inward receipt documentation.
Coordinate with the Dispatch Department for timely transfer of finished and ready materials.
4. Production Planning & Operations Management
Manage the complete Sales Order (SO) execution process, including:
Reviewing and printing production orders.
Verifying material availability.
Planning and scheduling production activities.
Coordinating inter-departmental material movement and shifting.
Tracking order completion and reporting status.
Coordinate workflow movement from Sales Order Inward through Stock, Packing, and Dispatch stages.
Facilitate handover of newly developed color rolls to the designated development or approval team.
Ensure smooth production flow while minimizing downtime and delays.
5. Daily Maintenance & Machine Monitoring
Conduct daily machine and utility inspections, including:
Compressor checklist verification.
Inspection for electrical faults, damaged wiring, or overheating.
Monitoring machines for abnormal noise, vibration, or irregular operation.
Verification of material arrangement and workplace organization.
Report maintenance issues promptly and coordinate follow-up actions with the Maintenance Department.
Conduct basic preventive maintenance checks and monitor completion of corrective actions.
Support electrical maintenance inspections and ensure timely closure of identified issues.
